Error Troubleshooting

If Multisim Live notifies you that an error occurred in the circuit editor try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. If the error was caused by an action within the circuit editor, try to repeat the action and see if the error persists. If so, please post on the Digilent forum with steps to reproduce the error.
2. If the error is caused by opening a circuit or is actively stopping you from using the editor, please try the following:
   
   1. Hard refresh the browser (CTRL+F5)
   2. Update your browser version (we recommend latest Chrome version)
   3. Delete browser cookies for multisim.com or try to use Multisim Live in an incognito tab
   4. If the problem persists please contact us on the Digilent forums and our engineers will help you troubleshoot the issue.  When posting on the forums, please include as much information as possible to help us reproduce the issue.
