How to redeem your activation number or Multisim 14 serial number

If you have an activation number or NI Multisim 14 serial number which grants access to a paid tier of Multisim Live, you can redeem it by: 

1. Navigate to multisim.com
2. Sign into your Multisim Live account
3. Click your name in the upper right, then choose Profile Settings
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your activation number or NI Multisim 14 serial number in the New Serial Number box and click Update Number
   
   
5. Refresh the page and your Account Access Level will be updated.
